“What a wonderful time we had on this tour. Babi was such a great host who was knowledgeable about Greek food and agriculture. We fed the donkeys, cows, goats and sheep, which are NOT slaughtered for food. They are given to habitats when they age. Now, to the best part, the food! What a delight! We started with white and rose wine. Then we had Greek salad, spinach pie, cheese pie, a sausage tray, a meat platter, grilled vegetables, and yogurt with blueberries for desert. When I say we ate until we were stuffed would be an understatement. The nice part about the experience was we had a community dinner…”
