We fed the donkeys, cows, goats and sheep, which are NOT slaughtered for food. They are given to habitats when they age. Now, to the best part, the food! What a delight! We started with white and rose wine. Then we had Greek salad, spinach pie, cheese pie, a sausage tray, a meat platter, grilled vegetables, and yogurt with blueberries for desert. When I say we ate until we were stuffed would be an understatement. The nice part about the experience was we had a community dinner…”
